We put prices on the site so neither of us spends an hour on a call to find out we're not a fit.
Starting prices are published: audit from €990, maintenance from €190/month, a new store from €3,200, all in euro and excluding VAT. They are floors, not a firm offer: the final price is set after discovery, and if it comes out above the published floor we say so before you commit to anything. We invoice in RON at the National Bank of Romania's rate on the invoice date.
We don't cut the price. A low price would mean we don't believe in our own work, and it would attract people shopping on price alone. We make up for having no track record with access, and with guarantees an agency that already has a portfolio no longer offers.
You don't talk to one person through an account manager. For the whole project, in the same channel.
The price in your contract stays yours for a year, however far our list goes up in the meantime.
If you're not happy at 30 days, you leave with no notice and no penalty. You pay for the month worked.

eMAG states, correctly, that opening and running a seller account costs nothing. The account is free; the work inside it isn't. What you pay us for is what you're doing by hand right now, or what nobody is doing at all: listings written for the local market, prices kept competitive, stock synced so you don't sell what you don't have, orders and returns handled on time, eMAG Ads campaigns managed, and your seller rating defended. The sales commission and the ad budget go straight to eMAG and stay yours — we take no cut of either.
This list is here because a surprise on the second invoice is why people stopped trusting web agencies. We'd rather tell you now, while you can still pick someone else.
Changes requested after delivery are billed at €60/hour, counted in half-hour blocks. The first two hours are included, within 30 days of launch. We don't keep a timesheet you can't check: you get the list of tasks, with how long each took. This rate applies to work requested beyond what you contracted. Fixed-price packages and retainers are not derived from it: there you pay for an outcome and for availability, not for hours.
The most expensive thing you lose in a bad engagement isn't the money, it's access. That's why this is here, not on page four of a contract.
We register it in your company's name, not ours. If you already have it, it stays where it is.
On delivery, the complete list: registrar, hosting, site admin, Analytics, Search Console, payment processor, marketplace accounts.
Including if we stop working together. We keep nothing in an account only we can reach.
What we build keeps running without us. If you want to continue with someone else, we hand it over.
