What we don't have, said plainly
Every agency page tells you what it's good at. This one starts with what we're missing, because that's what you'd find out anyway — and better from us than from someone else.
Viveto is a new company staffed by people who are not new. We have no external client portfolio and we do not invent one; in its place we put verifiable operational experience — 15,000 SKUs in daily operation, six Amazon EU marketplaces, more than a thousand support cases closed — published prices, a written list of what we do not do, and a direct line to the person doing the work.
Four things we can't offer you
- An external client portfolio. Viveto is new. The projects on this site are our own operations, marked as such. We're not passing off someone else's work as ours.
- Client references you can call. They'll exist. They don't yet, and we won't invent them.
- A team you can scale overnight. We're three. That's a limit, and we say it before you ask us for something we can't carry.
- 24/7 coverage. The window is 08:00–20:00, Monday to Friday, with a phone number for escalation outside it. A rota of three people that promises always-on would be a lie.

Published prices
Starting prices are on the site, in euro, excluding VAT. You know before the call whether we're in your range. Almost nobody in this market does that.
What we don't do, in writing
Every service page has an “what's excluded” block. Not fine print — the first thing we settle, so the disagreement happens now and not at invoicing.
You talk to the person doing the work
No account manager between you and the engineer. Three people, named, with faces and LinkedIn profiles.
What our first five clients get
We don't cut the price. A low price would say we don't believe in our own work, and it would bring clients who pick us for being cheap. We make up for the missing references with access and with guarantees an agency with a portfolio no longer offers.
All three of us
Not one person and an account manager. For the whole project, in the same channel.
Price frozen for 12 months
The price in your contract stays yours for a year, however far our list moves meanwhile.
Exit after the first month
If you're not happy at 30 days, you leave with no notice and no penalty. You pay for the month worked.
Free annual audit
On what we built for you, every year, for as long as the system exists. Even if we no longer work together.
In return we ask for one thing: the right to write a case study about the project. Anonymous, if you prefer.
The questions everyone asks us
Does Viveto have external clients I can check?
Not yet. Viveto is a new company, registered in January 2024, and the projects shown on this site are our own operations, marked as such. We do not present someone else's work as ours and we do not invent references.
What real experience do the people behind it have?
Daily operation of a 15,000-SKU catalogue, six Amazon marketplaces in the European Union and more than a thousand support cases closed. That experience is on our own systems, not on a client account — which is exactly why we can show you the inside of them.
How many people are you, and what does that mean for me?
Three. It means you talk to the person doing the work, with no account manager in between, and that we cannot take on a project overnight that needs ten people. We say so before you ask us for something we cannot carry.
What are your response hours?
08:00–20:00, Monday to Friday, with phone escalation outside that window. We do not sell 24/7 coverage that three people cannot staff.
Who owns the code once I have paid?
You do, in full, source included, with no hidden licences and with no obligation to stay with us in order to change it. Third-party licences stay in your name and we list them before purchase.
