How do we know it isn't making things up?
From evaluation. We build a suite of questions with known correct answers and run it on every change. It stays with you after we leave — that's the difference between a feature and a demo.
What happens to our customers' data?
Personal data is stripped from the prompt before it leaves the company. And wherever a mistake costs money, we put a human checkpoint that approves before execution.
Do you train a model on our data?
No. Training from scratch is expensive, slow and almost never necessary. We use existing models and give them controlled access to your data — cheaper, faster and far easier to audit.
