Retail store with 15,000 products

A catalogue that changes daily — supplier prices and stock, in a different shape from the one the store wants — on a platform never designed for that volume.

What we did

  • A daily import and sync flow from the supplier catalogue, matched on EAN and SKU
  • Job queues and cron tasks rewritten: they were blocking checkout at peak hours
  • Moved onto our own VPS with CloudPanel, Redis and Cloudflare in front
  • Product copy generated and audited at catalogue scale, not page by page
  • Additional sales channels connected, with per-channel pricing rules

This is the store we run every day. Everything we sell as a service — import, sync, performance, content at volume — runs here first.

A brand on Amazon Vendor, 6 EU markets

A 1P Vendor account where every market had a different listing code, and the sales mix had been read wrong for years — stock decisions were being made from a false map.

What we did

  • The real picture of sales by market rebuilt from raw data
  • The cost model on global listings clarified, down to what is paid and where
  • Per-market listing codes identified and documented, one at a time
  • Vendor-code cases stuck in support pushed through to resolution
  • POs, fill rate and shortages tracked weekly, not monthly

That same work is what we now sell as the account audit and the monthly retainer — and it is what you see live on the first call, not in a report we wrote about ourselves.

Direct integration with Amazon's API

The data we needed doesn't exist in the Vendor Central interface. The only route was the API, and access requires your own application and Amazon's approval.

What we did

  • A client application registered and approved on SP-API
  • Authorisation across every marketplace, with automatic token refresh
  • A data pipeline feeding the reports with no manual step
  • Rate limits and errors handled, so reporting doesn't fall over

It's the difference between “we know it can be done” and “it runs in production”. We can fit the same integration to any client with an Amazon account.
