Data notice

What we collect through this site, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Who we are

The data controller is UCD ELITESERV SRL, cu sediul în Str. Nerva Traian 27-33, București, 031044, CUI 50260309, înregistrată la Registrul Comerțului sub nr. ROONRC.J2024012256402. For anything data-related, write to contact@viveto.ro or call +40 777 057 762.

What we collect

Through the contact form: your name, e-mail, and message (required), plus company, phone, the service and budget you select (optional). We process these to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them for 24 months from the last interaction if you do not become a client.

The marketing checkbox is optional and based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We also store your IP address and the time of submission for 12 months, to protect the form from automated abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in the site's security.

Who we share it with

Hostinger, for hosting and e-mail, with data kept inside the European Union. Cal.com, only if you choose to book through the calendar. Authorities, only where the law requires it. We do not sell data and we do not use it for automated profiling.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@viveto.ro and we will reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority at dataprotection.ro.

When we run your store or accounts

On projects where we operate your store or sales accounts, we handle your customers' data. There you are the controller and we are the processor, under a data processing agreement signed before work starts.

Traffic statistics

We count page views with a counter of our own, on our own server, with no external service. It writes nothing to your browser, reads nothing from it, and keeps no IP address. To avoid counting you several times in one day it derives a fingerprint from IP and user agent, using a salt that rotates at midnight and is not kept — so today's visits cannot be linked to tomorrow's. What stays on disk is a number per page per day, not a profile. The basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count at all.

Cookies

The site works with no tracking cookies. An external statistics service, if we ever add one, would load only after you accept it. Full details are in the cookie policy, and the complete Romanian version of this notice is at confidentialitate.
