How we work

What happens after you write to us

No 40-page proposals, no three weeks of silence.

Step 1

A 30-minute call

With the agenda sent beforehand. You leave with a diagnosis, not a company pitch.

Step 2

Proposal in 48 hours

One recommended package, two alternatives, firm price, valid for 14 days.

Step 3

Contract and data agreement

Framework contract, an annex with hours and response times, GDPR agreement ready to sign.

Step 4

Five-step kickoff

Access, one communication channel, a single point of contact, a schedule.

Step 5

First deliverable in 7 days

Something visible in week one. That's what decides the relationship, not month three.

Questions

Questions

Do you have clients? How many?

Not yet. The firm is new, and the only systems we show you are our own: a store with 15,000 products and an Amazon Vendor account across six markets. We would rather you learn that on the first page than after you sign. What we do instead: we show you those systems live on the first call, you get the code and the access from day one, and you can walk away after the first month with no penalty.

What happens if one of you is no longer available?

All access, code and documentation sit with you, not with us, from day one. We deploy on your infrastructure, or on one we transfer to you within five business days at no cost. If the firm closes tomorrow, you are left with a system any developer can pick up — which is why we hand over the source with no strings.

Do you work with small stores?

Yes, if the problem is real. The best way to start is Store Rescue: €1,200, five days, and you know exactly what needs fixing. Half of it is credited if we continue.

Why publish prices when nobody does?

So neither of us spends an hour on a call to find out we're not a fit. The starting price is real; the final one depends on volume, and that's settled at discovery.

Who actually works on my project?

One of the three, by name. We have no account managers and we don't subcontract without telling you.

What if the store goes down on a Saturday night?

On Care Plan Priority you get a 4-hour response inside 08:00–20:00 Mon–Fri, and phone escalation outside it. We don't promise 24/7 — there are three of us and we'd rather tell the truth.

Who owns the code you write?

You do. We hand over the source with no strings, and the documentation with it.

You run your own stores — isn't that a conflict?

We run our own stores, which is how we know how it works. We don't take clients in categories where we sell, and we say so on the first call.

Tell us what you sell and where you want to take it

We reply within one business day. If you're not sure yet what you need, walk through the configurator and build the list yourself.
