Do you need access to my account?
Yes, through a separate user in our name with the minimum rights needed. We never work from your personal account.
Who pays the platform commissions?
You do, directly to the platform. We invoice only the work, and you see the commissions in your own account.
Can it work without an ERP?
For ten products, yes. Past a hundred, manual syncing becomes a reliable source of overselling, so we recommend an ERP from the start.
